John Loeffler- Founder & Executive Director

John Loeffler has been a major force in television, advertising and music for over thirty years. As a composer and producer, his musical themes have graced hit TV series, blockbuster films, certified gold CDs, and popular commercial jingles. From sitcoms, (“Kate and Alli”), cartoons (Pokemon), soap operas (Another World), sports (NBC, NASCAR, and ESPN) and commercials (Dominos Pizza, KoolAid, Jif Peanut Butter, American Airlines), John has composed and produced thousands of music themes and underscores. He has been honored several times by ASCAP as one of television’s “Top 10 Most Listened to Composers,” and he has made a reputation for his distinctive melodies and catchy phrases. Loeffler and composing partner David Wolfert, have composed the scores to countless Indie films and documentaries, as well as television series and sports events. Their latest film, “Herschel” produced by Nascar Media, debuted on ESPN in September 2011.

Starting as a music director for Grey Advertising in his late 20s, John was responsible for over 2,000 advertising campaigns as both a composer and producer. Some of his most recognized campaigns were for brands such as Domino’s Pizza, Kool-Aid, JIF Peanut Butter, Revlon, Red Lobster, Avon, American Airlines and Ford Trucks.

John also established himself as a composer for television shows and cartoons. His most famous series, Pokemon, has been broadcast for 17 years with Loeffler supplying both the songs and underscore for the entire period. His 2B aMaster album sold over 3 million copies, he created the music for a Radio City Pokemon show, three Pokemon movies released by Warner Brothers and over 20 Pokemon videos. His other children’s shows include Yu-Gi-Oh and Mr. Men.

He has composed the Sports Emmy-nominated soundtrack for the Paramount film, Dale (the Dale Earnhardt story) and the soundtrack for HBO’s Emmy Award-winning documentary, Montana Meth. His most recent ESPN film, The Manning Story – Turn the Page, debuted in the Fall of 2013. He recently produced much of the music for ABC’s Katie Couric Show and has created themes for other networks including Poker Late Nite (NBC), Kate and Allie (CBS) and the National Hockey League theme for NBC.

In 2012, John launched Fieldhouse Music, a multi-level music production platform actively involved in seeking “emerging artists”. With over 50 artists currently on the Fieldhouse roster, the company has become a leader in finding and promoting new talent. Fieldhouse also has the support of BMG Music Publishing in the form a licensing and music publishing joint venture. After over two years of incubating and discovering new artists, Fieldhouse is well-positioned to introduce its music to fans nationwide.


Josh Flaherty – COO & Head of Artist Management

With over 10 years of experience in the Entertainment Industry, beginning at the world’s leading talent agency, William Morris Endeavor, and then as a top manager and marketing executive at Tenth Street Entertainment, Josh Flaherty has worked with numerous multi platinum recording artists and has created and implemented multiple integrated marketing campaigns for recording albums, tours, television shows, apparel lines, retail outlets, corporate sponsorships and many other entertainment based events.

Flaherty currently oversees all operations for the Fieldhouse Music Group and is Head of the Management Services division, which offers any and all services the eclectic Fieldhouse roster of artists need to further their careers. Prior to joining Fieldhouse Flaherty managed iconic, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame members, Blondie and multi-platinum, Grammy-nominated rock band, PAPA ROACH. Over the course of his career he has managed STEVEN TYLER, metal super group HELLYEAH, and emerging new band BARCELONA.

In addition to Recording Artist management and marketing, Flaherty has also created various cross-marketing campaigns for sponsors and artists alike including companies such as H&M, Marc Jacobs, Gucci, Vogue, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Major League Baseball, The Smithsonian, NME, Amazon, Classic Rock Magazine, Monster Energy Drink, and many more. Most recently Flaherty oversaw the creation and release of BLONDIE guitarist Chris Stein’s critically acclaimed photography book, “Chris Stein / Negative” with Rizzoli Publishing. In conjunction with the book he mounted gallery shows of Stein’s work in New York (Chelsea Hotel Gallery), Los Angeles (Morrison Hotel Gallery at the Sunset Marquis), and London (Somerset House). He also completed 2 major fashion partnerships for Debbie Harry and Blondie, one with Paco Rabanne fragrance Black XS, and the other with Louis Vuitton in Paris.

His experience and contacts within the Entertainment Industry and Corporate America provide a unique insight into creating and implementing diverse entertainment based marketing campaigns that differentiate and elevate his clients to the top of the music business.

Fred Argir- Digital Marketing Director

Fred is a New York based singer, song-writer, and recording artist. He has released four albums, one single, and five music videos in the last five years. Fred continues to record and has a new album scheduled for release in 2015.

Fred currently serves as the Chief Digital Officer of Toys R Us. In his role, he works with thirteen countries to drive successful desktop/internet, tablet/mobile, and omni-channel businesses. He has also served in several Chief Information Officer roles in addition to holding senior level positions with major retailers including Target, Best Buy, Fingerhut, and Sports Authority.

Fred started his career as an entrepreneur in the early 90s and established one of the first .com businesses in Minneapolis, MN. His experience in technology ranges from legacy systems to current cutting edge technologies. Argir is passionate about the evolution of digital technologies and remains active with venture capital partners and start up communities in both Silicon Valley and New York City.
